Poll has disappeared since the update!

  • Since updating to Yop Poll version 5.7, my long-running poll has suddenly completely disappeared on the front end!

    Thankfully, all the data seems to be there on the back end, but all I see on the front end is an empty blue box.

    Who can help me with this problem? Thanks much in advance!

    Since version 5.7.1 all my polls are disapeared (empty screen). I have installed minutes ago your latest version 5.7.2 – no changes – still missing polls. My official website has the older version 5.7 – 5.7.2 is only on my local installation, therefore I cannot show you the screen.

    Ps: If I mark the whole screen, then I can see the places of missing fields (text, polls etc) – but only the contour…

    It is the same problem with 5,7.2. I have received the update with 5,7.1. I have updated to 5.7.2 but I see only a box with the color of the poll.

    After the new update to 5.7.2 version everything is working fine, at least on my site !

    P.s – I would suggest you in the future to verify if the updates are really without any mistakes, because it is frustrating when something is missing or the polls stops to show correctly.

    @manufaktura Czasu I agree with verifying and testing before rolling out any updates.
    Problem is we have been testing new version on different wordpress configurations and didn’t have any issues.

    I see, so that is why it is not so easy to make one, universal version.

    I keep my finger crossed that you manage to eliminate the problems that others are facing — I am happy, that on my site it’s working fine.

    Mine seems to be working again after the latest update. Thanks, and good luck to the rest of you. :-/

    I can see all my polls again with the new, unofficial version 5.7.3.

    OK, I have very willingly updated YOP Polls and it is all up but my side dashboard continues to be blank and go below my poll in a horizontal fashion, any ideas on what i should do? Thanks….FORKSTER

    and now it is saying this again when after you try to vote: Bad Request!

    Just upgraded a couple of sites from version 5.6 to version 5.7.3 and polls disappeared from the sites. So there may still be an issue.
