Poll doesn't work

Can anyone please suggest how to make this work?

Hi, i have the same problem. Plugin instaled, code added to my sidebar and when i click in VOTE nothing happening. The texts call some javascript functions, i need put some JS files in my header?

Same problem—no one allowed to vote, nor view past polls.

Make sure <?php wp_head(); ?> is in the header and <?php wp_footer(); ?> is in the footer.
