Policy Evaluated: SPF FAIL – DMARC Error with Mailpoet – No documentation

Hello there,
I’ve searched for this everywhere with no fix. I have set up DMARC for my domain. Ever since, I’ve been getting DMARC reports when emails are sent out via Mail Poet servers saying there were quarantines due to:
“policy_evaluated/spf : Fail”
DKIM and SPF “Auth_result” both Pass
DKIM “policy_evaluated” also passes.
Mailpoet AI chat support doesn’t help much. Just says there’s an issue with SPF and this needs to be set up.
Mailpoet Documentation says there is no need for SPF record setup when using the Mailpoet servers.
I’m going in loops here trying to find a solution. Can I please get some help as to why the authentification passes but the Mailpoet SPF policy evaluation fails – and how to fix it?My DKIM records are verifie
Finally, If the Policy Evaluated for SPF “FAILS” does that mean the email is quarantined?
