points, stars and percentage to select in user review section

hi is there any way to set user reviews section in posteditor as same as the admin review style. like if i use point base then user reviews also point base, smthing like that. i normally use point base (out of 10) but user review can only set to stars which is out of 5. seems not match with each other u knw.

it would be great such customizable options in user review section too
