Points redeeming has a fatal error

  • I set 100 points for $1 discount in the settings. I turn out could redeem $1 discount using only 1 point and any value below 100 on the cart page. Using the latest version of plugin on the latest version of WP and WC.

    Hi. The problem is mentioned above. The calculation error for redeeming points makes the plugin completely unusable. I am not sure if this only happen on my site. Can you tell me what do you need for further investigation?

    Hi there,
    We have a test but we can’t replicate the issue.
    If we use 1 points only 0.01€ will be added as discount.

    Is it possible that it is a theme related or currency related issue? I’m using oceanwp theme and HKD in currency. This plugin suits the best of my need. I hope there is a solution to the problem. Thanks.

    Redeeming 101 points for $1 (supposingly). The extra 1 point supposingly should not be allowed for redeeming:
