Points for uploading file

Hello,
is there a way go reward a user for uploading some document into my website?Or even better, is there a way to reward a user if his uploaded document has been downloaded more than X times? (e.g. I get 100 points if my uploaded document was downloaded by 20 different other users).
It would be awesome if that could be possible.
