    how can the users track the expiry dates of their points.

    also if I set 1 year , will the calculation be made as 1 year from date of purchase or 1 year from the date the points were added to user’s account ?

    Hi @souvikbiswassxcs, sorry for the delay!

    Whenever points are added, the date is also logged. So the expiry is based on that date and the expiry. Expired points will also appear within the user logs, similar to other events. With the pro version, you also have the option to enable email notifications: https://d.pr/i/J6m5bc
