points cannot be redemmed when other cuopon applied

    We installed and is workign great, just the points cannot be redemmed when a coupon that is marked as “Individual use onlycoupon” is applied to the cart.

    Is there a way to avoid this and allow points to be used even when the cart contains a exclusive coupon?

    This is a current limitation of the plugin but we are working to resolve this in a future release.

    Hi @quedao,

    This has been fixed in the latest update of the Pro version (version 1.4.1).

    This will also be fixed in the next update of the free www.remarpro.com version but I cannot give an ETA yet on when this will be released.
