Hi @swahlgren,
There are several things that have to be done. Some of them might have already been done, others not.
For easier explanation I’ll call your site domain with your content “original” domain, and the domain you want to map to it – “additional” domain.
So, here are the steps you need to follow:
1. You need to get the IP address of your hosting server. This is the IP address that the original domain leads to, and it is the physical IP address of your hosting. You can obtain it several ways, the easiest one is to “ping” or “whois” your original domain.
2. Once you have the IP address of your hosting server, you have to go to the domain hosting service of your additional domain, and map that domain to that IP. This will point the domain to the same hosting server as the original domain.
3. You need to add your additional domain in your hosting. This can be done either manually (by setting up a virtual host in your server configuration files), or by using your hosting control panel to add that domain. When adding the domain, its path on the server should be the same as the path of the original domain.
4. When all of the above is setup, you can install and activate WP Hydra – no further configuration is needed.
Please, let me know if you have a question regarding any of the steps above, or if you need any further information.
Good luck!
Regards,
Marin
