point type image box is hidden on my multisite network

    the ponts type image is hidden so i can’t add image to my ponts type on my multisite network . what cousing the problem and how to fix it ?

    Hi @twony

    When you are editing the points type, at right top of the screen there is a box named “Screen Options” where you can choose to show or hide the boxes of your choice

    Is the featured image box unchecked? If yex, check it and the box will appear

    If this options doesn’t appears then the issue comes that a plugin or your theme has removed the featured image box from our points type and the unique way to find who is causing it is through a conflict test as described here:
