Point rule (User Defined won't change to other selection)

I was trying to test this plugin for a recreation basketball league and I had the point rule set to score which wasn’t calculating by the wins/losses. I had been looking at the differences in the point rule options and when I changed it to User Defined it got stuck and now I can’t change it to anything else.
I chose One Point Rule and clicked Save Preferences and at the top it says settings saved, however, the User Defined is still visible.
I have WP v 4.1.1 and League Manager v 3.9.1.1
