Point Not Being Added to Account

    Hi,

    I am having issues with points not showing up after an event. In this case, I have integrated with Forminator. Points for initial registration (using a Forminator Form) to the site show up but that’s it.

    I have another form that users can complete if they are logged in to the site, and it is set up for automatic points upon successful submission. Yet when I complete the form, no points are registered. When I check the log, it doesn’t even show that the event was triggered.
