PODS Input form

I’ve got a page for testing that only includes a PODS shortcode for a form to create my pod as follows;

[pods-form name=”testimonial” slug=”test” label=”submit” id=”new”]

Not only does it show the PODS fields, but all the usual WordPress post details e.g. Author, Published date, ID etc

How do I remove this? I have said in the Auto-template Single Template Location replace the content, but it shows.
