Pods data not feeding through

Do you mean that the select options aren’t visible?
Please share more technical info on how you’ve made these fields and what field types / relationships you’ve made.

So, to provide further information on this issue, the Field Type for Business Location is ‘Relationship’ and the Related Type is ‘Simple (custom defined list) with custom defined options as follows:-

Aberdeen and North East
Highland and Islands
Tayside, Central and Fife
Edinburgh and Lothians
Glasgow and Strathclyde
Scotland South
Other UK
Not yet decided (new business)

Required tick box is selected.

Sector is set up the same as above.

The data does not feed through so when I check the user in WP the location and sector are not populated. This has happened for about 200 locations missing and about 100 sectors.

It looks like the Pods form inputs are being output within a Paid Membership Pro form, likely using the PMPro Pods Integration Add On.

I don’t have a copy of PMPro to test with, but there are some known issues on their GitHub repo:

• Custom user field value not retrieved during checkout for existing users
• Field value not saved when adding member using Add Member from Admin Add On

…testing inputs and debugging this function and similar/nearby functions may lead to a solution for the first issue.

Related to the second issue, the below pull request may resolve the issue on the “Memerships > Add Member” page, but I wouldn’t expect it to affect a frontend form:

• Fixing field saving on “add member” page
  • .zip download of this pull request
