• Hi

    I have tried and downloaded the free version, as you write it should display taxonomies. But my Pods created custom taxonomies does not show though they work in WordPress as they should.

    All the best
    Carsten

    @boblebad,

    I am facing the same issue. Can you please explain what do you mean by “I forgot to edit the taxonomy name in the shortcod”.
    My short code is like
    [searchandfilter fields=”search,county” post_types=”resource” headings=”Search,County”]

    Can you please point what I am missing here?

    @rajeeshvr Are you associating the Taxonomy with the Post Type? Many of the folks who have jumped on our Slack are creating ‘relationships’ to the Custom Taxonomies they’re creating, but they’re not associating those Taxonomies with the Custom Post Type. Those two are not interchangeable.

    In addition, you have to have an Archive enabled for your Custom Post Type in order to get any taxonomy work to display properly in Search & Filter.

    We’d only be able to help you with your shortcode question if you provided us details about your configuration. From your shortcode, I’m guessing you have a post-type ‘resource’ and a taxonomy ‘county’. Verify spelling and verify those two are associated in Pods (Advanced Options, very bottom of the screen, ‘Associated Post Types’ on the Taxonomy Advanced Options, ‘Associated Taxonomies’ on the Post Type Advanced Options.
