    Good morning,
I should import the data into a new group of posts called pharmacies created with PODS.
I’m doing it with WP All import, I see the type of post pharmacies I choose but then the import doesn’t work, do you know if the two plugins are compatible?

    Thanks

    Hi @laura_lapulceweb

You mention that it doesn’t work but not what exactly isn’t working. Could you explain?

As far as I know WP All Import is compatible with any post type you make so also with the ones from Pods.
However, when importing custom fields you need to check the format of that value. It needs to be compatible with what Pods uses. Most of the time the raw value should be fine.

    Cheers, Jory

    Good morning,
I did some tests and the problem is only if I want to override the posts, while if I insert new ones it works.
I tried to overwrite 2 records, the first one was overwritten while the second one was not and gave error.

    {“code”:”wp_die”,”message”:”Indirizzo \u00e8 vuoto”,”data”:{“status”:500},”additional_errors”:[]}

Your server terminated the import process
Ask your host to check your server’s error log. They will be able to determine why your server is terminating the import process.

    This is the error

The same error is there even if I remove all the fields, created with pods, from the import, I think it is a problem with the custom post created with pods in my case “Pharmacies”.

I solved it by deleting the custom post and recreating it.
    Thanks for your help

For errors on importing it’s best to contact WP All Import as it’s their plugin ??
For now, good to hear you’ve solved the issue.

    Cheers, Jory
