Podpress feed Server returned HTTP Error 404: Not Found HELP PLEASE

    so i uploaded pod press to my word press site, i use the optimize press theme, and for the most part the entire process went smoothly until i went to validate my feed and i get these:

    *Server returned HTTP Error 404: Not Found
    *HTTP error with content that looks like a feed

    im not good at coding by any means but i followed all the steps i thought were necessary in this process and now im really starting to get frustrated with this, please help.
