Podpress feed issues

Hi, I installed podpress went through all the settings and posted my first episode. While the episode fully works on my website locally when I try to access the feed from the widget button or from the url bar rss button nothing is available. The url bar one says

Safari could not update this feed because the source file is no longer available.

Now the episode does show up in my general feed for the entire website but not in any of the rss feeds related to the podcast itself.

I really hope someone can help me with this..i’m not sure if it’s a ttl issue where I have to wait 24 hours before the feed is active or what…my permalinks aren’t default.
