podcast player in post but not on Homepage

    I’m loving this theme but am getting stuck. I’ve added a new post with the buzzsprout podcast player included. You can see it on the post page but not on the homepage or recent post section where only the text is visible and you can click the title to go to the post page with the player. Help please…thank you.

    Thank you Dumitru you’ve been a star,

    I’ve read every thread I could get my hands on and have worked most of it out. For the benefit of any others with this question.

    In posts I clicked the settings icon, used the classic block, clicked media icon and added the podcast player with my buzzsprout plugin.

    Went to Buzzsprout site to collect the episode specific code to embed, copied.

    Back to the post, clicked three dots to right of settings icon, clicked on options, then excerpt.

    In settings dropdown clicked the Document tab, under excerpt pasted specific code to embed podcast.

    Now I have the player on the post page and on the homepage:Welcome widget! Yay! Still do not have in Recent Posts listed on homepage, I read about changing this area and adding a gallery by changing the theme section on the homepage but still don’t get it. More work to do.
