Podcast is NOT showing up on WordPress Dashboard

    Hi, I attempted to contact support, but was told the only way I could get help is by posting something in this forum. I recently added the Seriously Simple Podcasting, and signed up for the hosting with Castos. After installing the plugin, there is no Podcast link anywhere in my dashboard. Prior to installing, there used to be a “podcast” link in the “settings” link on the dashboard, but even that is no longer showing up.

    I’d like to make sure I’ll be able to use this plugin, and castos, before my trial period ends. Please help.

    Sorry to hear you’ve encountered the issue.

    Could you please confirm whether the Seriously Simple Podcasting plugin is both installed and enabled on your WordPress site? Additionally, could you provide a screenshot of the “Plugins -> Seriously Simple Podcasting” section for further investigation?

    Also, could you specify which browser you are currently using? Are you accessing the site from a computer or a mobile phone? Have you tried using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists across multiple platforms?
