Podcast Episode Detail In Feed

    At the moment my RSS feed generated by Powerpress includes the full page of detail for each episode. How can this be changed to only include the description for each episode and not the entire page?

    PowerPress uses the RSS generation built into WordPress and that generator relies on what’s entered into WordPress posts; PowerPress can’t change what’s entered into the feed, it can only use what’s entered into posts.

    You could try going to the general Reading settings of WordPress and switch the setting for syndication feeds to “summary,” which’ll show a truncated view of your WordPress posts in your podcast RSS feed, instead of everything you enter into posts.
