Thank you for the great plugin!

I’m getting HTML code displaying in the pod-entry__title div class. Is it possible for me to somehow modify that so that it removes the code. Please click on the Load More button to see some of the episode titles that I am struggling with.

On that page, you’ll see that I am doing some testing with the RSS feed below the podcast player; trying to troubleshoot things.

I’ve tried refreshing the RSS feed by adding code to the functions.php file and I think that I have eliminated the feed as the culprit, but I’m no developer. ??

Appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you very much!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using podcast player.

I have created a solution for the problem you mentioned above. Please find below link to download plugin’s zip file. You should,
    1. Backup your site (just to be safe).
    2. Download latest podcast player (beta) version from the link below.
    3. Delete already installed podcast player plugin from your site.
    4. Upload & Install plugin you download from step 2. (How?)
    5. Check again.

    Download Podcast Player Beta

I will release official version later with some other updates.

Unfortunately, the episode list is still rendering quotation marks with the HTML name code. However, the single episode (in the player) is displayed perectly. I’ve checked the RSS feed and it is okay. Usually, I can muster through and figures things out, but this one has me stumped. It’s probably something simple that I am overlooking.
    Thank you once again!

Thank you! I have installed the attached plugin (1.9) and cleared all cache.
Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue. Is it possible that it’s something unique to the WP theme that I am using?

Here’s a capture of one of the episodes that is not displaying correctly. You can see the HTML code in the episode list, but not in the single episode title above the player.

    I’m stumped, but that’s not saying much-I’m a designer. ??

Thanks again for all of your help, it is much appreciated!!!

It is working if you load more episodes from load more button. Please check the player on my website test page

Please make sure you are installing from the correct link provided in my previous msg.

Also make sure you delete all cache from your caching plugin.

I don’t think your theme has anything to do with this problem.

Jut try again and inform. If not, I will try something else to reoslve.

Thank you! Yes, I see that it’s working perfectly on your test page. Okay, I’m wondering if it’s the modifications that I made to the CSS to display the font that we’re using site-wide. I’ll comment those lines out in the CSS and see if that resolves the issue. I’ll bet that it.

Yes, I did use the plugin that you provided in the previous message (1.9).

I’ll report back – thanks again!!!

That was the culprit- my CSS edits!
If I can’t make that work, I’ll just stick with the default font. At least I know that’s the starting point.
Thank you very much-your help has been greatly appreciated!!!
