PO Box detection – what does it do?

    My client is asking for the ability to send to PO Boxes – I’ve ticked the “PO Box” detection box, but doesn’t seem to do anything? Using a PO Box address doesn’t seem to have a shipping option available?

  • Sendle dosen’t allow sending to Post Boxes.

    From their FAQ

    A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries.

    Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties.

    This includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.

    This is because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
