PNG to JPG conversion is not working

    I tried to convert a png image to jpg, but it did not work as the video shows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqpmsJEP9IA
    It is also not clear for me: if I activate png to jpg convertion on the setting will it be automatic or is it just to let me be able to try to do what Im wanting here? Thank you! ??

    Yeah, it is still not working, even after I activated the “enable conversion” setting. Tks.

    The image in your video has an alpha (transparent) layer, which prevents it from being converted unless a background/fill color is set on the Conversion tab. I downloaded it and tested, and with a fill color it converts successfully for around 72% savings.
