    Hello,

I’m using this plugin and all is fine but I’ve a problem with the logo in the email attachments. When I send an invoice or a receipt, the logo has a size of 599x143px, with transparent background and a write with black and blue colors. The blue is ok, but the black is shown only in the borders, because it seems that the plugin force the black as alpha colors. So, of the black letter, I can see only the borders (slightly off).
In my Woocommerce setting and in this forum I found nothing useful. Any tips?
I’m using Flatsome theme. Thank you!

Hi! Are you referring to the logo in the actual email, or in the PDF invoice? You mention the woocommerce settings, but these are unrelated to the PDF invoice settings.

If this is about the PDF attachment, I would recommend to use JPG instead of PNG, as it is much lighter to process for your site. Note that by default, if you change the logo image it only affects newly created invoices, if you want this to update existing invoices too, you need to enabled the option ‘always use most current settings‘ under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice.

If this is about the email and not the PDF, I recommend reaching out to WooCommerce or your theme support.

Hello @pomegranate, yeah my problem is with the PDF. Ok, I’m not happy but I’ll use jpeg.
    Thank you

If JPEG works fine, that’s generally a better choice, but if you want to use PNG, then you could also opt to use a PNG without transparancy. Note that normally transparent PNG should work fine too, but this requires GMagick or IMagick to be included in your PHP installation. You could contact your host and ask if they can enable this for you if you really need the alpha channel.
