    it just shows up as text. why is your shortcode not working?

    Edit: This is my code in the template page:

    <?php echo do _shortcode(‘[pmpro_cancel]’); ?>

    The other shortcodes work, but not for cancel. What am I missing?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    Please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Pages and ensure that the page this is being used on is set under the Cancel Page dropdown?

    The shortcode were right in the page template and the pages were pointing to the template page. However the page in wordpress had [pmpro_cance] so when I added the ‘l’ and fixed that within wordpress it started to work again. So somehow I had forgotten to check everything was set right at the page within the wordpress editor also.
