    Hi,

As I understand, if the user first cancels the subscription (using the frontend pmpro /?levelstocancel=1&confirm=true), can, after that, still access to the site and delete the account.

But if the users deletes first the account, can not be able to cancel the subscription, beacuse he can not log in…

I am just wondering what happens if a registered user with an active pmpro subscription deletes his account via buddypress (/settings/delete-account/)… will the pmpro subscricption cancel or remain active?

Thanks a lot for such an awesome plugin.

    Dani

    Hi Dani,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

That is correct, it seems there is a minor issue if the user is deleted that their subscription isn’t being removed. I have added this to our development schedule.

For the time being, an admin would need to login to the payment gateway and manually cancel the user’s subscription if the user is deleted from WordPress.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

    Ey Andrew,

Certanly nothing to sorry! You made an incredible work with the plugin.
Not an inconvenienve, just trying to analyze all the scenarios; the thread is mostly a notice about a possible bug found .

    ?Gracias!
