PMPro bb press not showing in forums

I added PMPro bb press to my add ons with bb press and pmp installed but don’t get the option of selecting the membership level in the forums section.

This plugin is not working on my site. It says active in the plugins directory but is still red in the ad ons section of pmp. I tried deleting, uninstalling and reinstalling. I was hoping that the update to pmp today might have fixed it, but it did not. Is anyone else having this trouble and is there a solution?
