    Found a bug in time dropdowns while setting up Connections.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Connections tab > Add New Connection (or edit existing one)
    2. Select Starts at time as 07:00PM and ends at time at 08:00PM
    3. Click Save. Date shows correctly as 07:00PM & 08:00PM.
    4. Click Refresh. Date updates to 07:00 & 08:00 (i.e. AM).

    Expected results:
    Time saved correctly regardless of AM or PM selection.

    Actual results:
    PM times is changed by system to AM time.

    Looks like this has been fixed with a new way of entering date! It now requires you to enter Hour and Minute separately in 24 hour time.
    Pretty fast turnaround, well done! ??
