Bug – PM time changes to AM upon save & refresh

Found a bug in time dropdowns while setting up Connections.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connections tab > Add New Connection (or edit existing one)
2. Select Starts at time as 07:00PM and ends at time at 08:00PM
3. Click Save. Date shows correctly as 07:00PM & 08:00PM.
4. Click Refresh. Date updates to 07:00 & 08:00 (i.e. AM).Expected results:
Time saved correctly regardless of AM or PM selection.Actual results:
PM times is changed by system to AM time.
