PM Pro Issue with Server Side Cache

I received this message from my host, Dreamhost when my site went down with a 502 error.
“I also noticed that whenever the
Paid Memberships pro plugin is active, our server-side cache is not
working, as this plugin forces the site to send cache-control and pragma
headers with the ‘no-cache’ instruction. The best way to deal with this
would be to reach out to the plugin’s support team to see if they can
provide a patch or explain how to fix this problem.”Please advise. I just got started with your plugin and would like to see if it works for my company. Let me know if there is anything you can do or if there is anything I can do in my settings. Thanks.
