    Hi,

    [better_messages_pm_button text=”Private Message” user_id=1 target=”_self” fast_start=”1″ url_only=”0″ ]

    With this shortcode above, how do I find what is each user’s user_id?

    And also, is it possible for this shortcode to be available to public so that guest users can also send us (admin team) a live message? Thanks

    Hi there!

    Depending on the environment there can be different ways to retreive user id, I cant provide you universal formula, but that is most likely need to be coded with PHP and do_shortcode WordPress function.

    This shortcode is not works for guest users, but if you need guests users shortcode, you can try [better_messages_live_chat_button text=”Private Message” user_id=”1″] instead.
