• Using this with some very complex G forms for a government agency. Each individual field in your form has to be manually entered into a separate form document, if you want any of the form input to show up on your ‘signature’ document. Very slow and painful process that is all code and takes a long time if your form is lengthy; you can add commented out code around the form code but there’s no visual interface to see what you’re doing. If you want to include the ‘label’ and the ‘value’ and you have radio buttons, you have to show the values in the form editor and add the question in WITH the value/answer for it to print out on the signature form. If you include file uploads, you can’t use the file upload and see the upload – it will only supply a link to it; you have to use the post field upload and it doesn’t appear to allow PDFs. Only one user can view the signature link from the form entry. The staff is very helpful and has gotten me over several hurdles.
