Plus Plugin Not Working & Support Not Available

    I tested the free product on my website, it was working fine. I then purchased the Plus plugin. My main aim was to hide prices based on user role. So admins and subscribers could see the price but other user roles would see add to quote. Then i also needed the other users to have a normal checkout just like the price viewing users. Both these did not work. All users are now seeing add to quote and no prices. I have a different checkout page on all user roles and not the normal woocommerce checkout. I have sent a support request but still havent recieved a reply yet. There is no place to request a refund

    you sent us three emails all today within 3 hours. You never gave us a chance to respond to the email and you never requested a refund. this all happened during three hours today. We have other support tickets that we need to answer. The issue was simple and we could have answered it if you had given us a chance. Also this is not a place to ask for support on the paid version. I have already issued a refund.
