PlugNedit with Revolution Slider?

I love both of these plugins, and have used them both. I previously used Easy Slider with PlugNedit – no problem. Now I am trying to embed my slider from Revolution Slider into a PlugNedit page and it simply will not show on the page. I use text box, check using shortcode, put in the slider [rev_slider insco] – repeatedly tried, deleted, tried again. Nothing. Are there any issues between the plugins? Do I just need to revert to a different slider (can’t get Easy Slider to install this time for some reason)? https://kentuckyinsuranceplans.com – the slider should appear at the bottom of the ‘above the fold’ (without scrolling). Any assistance greatly appreciated!
