[Plugin:Wrdpress seo by Joost] causing problems with seo titles and H1

  • I have this problem with this plugin and it drives me crazy!
    Every time I change the seo title it change as well the H1 on the page.
    Anyone knows any solution for it?
    Maybe my theme ‘Responsy’ isnt suitable to this plugin?

    Please help ??
