Plugins/Widget for member area

Hello there,

I need a plugin/widget for this kind of usage

Placed in right sidebar,

If user is registered, they can have their own control pannel (just like in PHPBB forum) where they can:

-Message other user
-Make friend with other user
-Set their profile and view other member’s profile
-Trace their previous comment(s)

I’ve tried buddypress and mingle,
But buddypress seems bit complicated, while mingle can’t really facilitate the “track user comment” thing
