Plugins.php problem

Hi, I have recently installed wordpress 2.8.1 on my two site https://www.chennairealties.com/blog and https://www.puneproeprties.com/blog…But when I try to add a new plugin through the interface the page gets directed to plugins.php but it appaears blank…I now need to add plugins through the database..Please help me..
