Plugins won't update – error message below

  • I have 10 plugins that need to be updated, but each time I try, I get the following error on each update:
    An error occurred while updating Contact Bank Lite Edition: Download failed. Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

    Each of the 10 plugins have the exact same error as Contact Bank listed above.

    Any assistance would be appreciated and I’m not the most technical person, so please spell out possible steps for me!!!
