    I purchased the basic add on bundle on Thursday. Whenever I go to the account page on the G2PDF website (the account page takes forever to load, by the way- I saw another person mention that the login fields aren’t present but they just take a few minutes to pop up) I’m able to see my purchased license keys. Under status it says active, and I’ve added the site URL to the manage sites page. However in the activations column it says “0/1” even though it says the plugin is active.

    I think this is causing my next problems – the watermark is showing, and I can’t get FTP delivery to work. Please advise.

    I emailed support on Monday and Wednesday and never got a response. This is now a refund request. I need to redo our onboarding site and I’m running out of time to finish the project. I bought the plugin a week ago. This is really unfortunate because it is supposed to do exactly what I need it to – it just does not work. Paid parts of plugin will not activate. I cannot have a watermark and I paid to not have one.

    I submitted a support request with this refund request on the website as well but I am putting it here so that way I have proof that I asked in case I don’t hear back from anyone.

    No response from developer. Issuing a chargeback for a refund.

    yes doesn’t seem like they care at all
