Plugins with dropdown menus not working in 3.0

So with the release of wordpress 3.0 I have made a network of blogs (currently my main blog plus 1 side blog). Well, it seems like the plug-ins I’ve been using in my main blog with drop down menus (WP-PostViews and WP Smart Sort) continue to work fine on my main blog, but not on my networked side blog.

For example, WP Smart Sort allows you to sort your posts by many things, including custom fields. On my main blog when I select how to sort my posts from the drop down menu it works beautifully. But when I try to sort my posts on my networked side blog, the page refreshes with the drop down menu staying on the default sort and will not sort my posts.

Does anyone have any clue how to go about fixing this problem?
