Sorry but “adding shortcode to your post/page” is a little mystifying to me. What does this mean exactly?

look at the link and read the instructions….. the FAQ tells you what the shortcodes are. They are simply put into your post where you want the audio player to appear

Is there a way to have text come up to the right of the player (to have a label for the players)?
