Plugins to achieve this functionality

Hi everyone,

I am badly in need of your brilliant expert suggestions on how could this functionality be implemented in WordPress.

There this feature that we’d like customer/client who submits his information from a series of forms (Step by step form) to be added automatically in the WordPress as User (role: Client). The last step of the form is the payment section (Paypal) and on submit they’ll be redirected to Paypal. Those successfully registered clients will have their own portal or hub or let’s say a mini profile page. Admin could post messages on his page for communication (but client cannot communicate to other client).

The part I considered to be the most difficult is to EDIT the info they have submitted (Its a step by step at first but can be a one page when updating the info including uploaded files) in their Portal/Profile page.

This is already in development and currently, we use Gravity Forms to submit the info and we integrate Registration and Paypal add-on. For client side, we use WP Client. Unfortunately, GF doesn’t have editing entry/info feature. WP Client on the other hand, generates client pages only when client is registered in the back end so it is hard to connect the GF addon Registration.

Did someone already created a site with similar requirements? I’m stuck with editing the many info submitted by the client.
