the problem seems related to latest WooCommerce update and you can solve it with this css rule in WordPress customizer:

.woocommerce .widget_layered_nav ul li a, .woocommerce .widget_layered_nav ul li span {
margin-right: 5px;
display: block;
width: 100%;
float: none;
}
