Plugins stopping header menu dropdown menu from working

Hi

We’ve had trouble with some plugins causing the dropdown menu on the site-wide header menu to stop working with they are activated, particularly WooCommerce and Registration Magic. Both seem to be be pretty widely used, and I’ve updated everything, cleared cache, etc, and still having the same problem. Any suggestions?
