Plugins Stopped Appearing in Widgets on Desktop Website
-
Hi there,
A number of my plugins that live in widgets on my website are no longer appearing on my desktop website. They are, however, appearing on my mobile site (my site is responsive, so I’m not sure why they’re appearing on one and not the other). I have to believe the issue is with my website itself, rather than the plugins, since they all stopped appearing in tandem.
Here is a list of the plugins/widgets no longer appearing and where they should appear:
-Simple Social Icons (Primary Sidebar & Footer 2)
-Instagram Feed by Smash Balloon via “text” widget (Primary Sidebar)
-Genesis – eNews Extended (Before Header & Footer 3)
-Image Widget (Footer 1)I deactivated + activated some of these, purged my host cache, and re-pasted code into widget boxes, but nothing seems to be working. I’m wondering if by updating my WordPress version recently I changed a setting or deleted some code from my HTML?
Hoping someone has the answers. Please let me know if there are any questions at all that can help guide us towards a solution.
Thank you very, very much in advance!
All the best,
