Plugins page goes blank after uploading SSH SFTP Updater Support files (WP v3.9)

After I FTP the SSH SFTP Updater Support Plugin folder to my /wp-content/plugins/ folder and I navigate to the “Plugins” page in my browser, the page is blank. If I remove the SSH SFTP Updater Support folder, the page comes up as expected. Would love for this issue to be fixed, as I’m really itching to try out this plugin to see if it fixes my automatic update woes I’m having.
