• Hey everyone!
I am just a beginner at using WordPress. One day from nowhere my admin dashboard stopped working. Meaning that I could not open or edit any plugins basically, I can open the pages and other WordPress basic functions. Once I click on a plugin or try to set something up a white screen comes up and If I scroll down it says the following: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”.
This is my problem I have no idea what it can be I already reinstalled the WordPress multiple time and don’t know what to do next.
Thanks for every help that you can give.

  • Have you installed any theme or plugin?
Firstly you will have to change the wordpress mode to debugging mode ..and check the debug.log file to know the exact reason of the error you are getting.

    Thank you so much!
I used the debug mode and could solve the problem. The problem was a whit the optinmonster plugin I don’t know what was the problem but after disabling it works perfectly.
    Thanks again for the help.
