Plugins Not Showing Need to Update

I have an issue with a site that is not showing any plugins that have a need to update. I am forced to manually update each plugin by downloading the plugin from www.remarpro.com, uploading to my site, for 22 plugins. I have tried disabling each plugin to see if there is one causing a problem and there isn’t one. I tried enabling auto-updates and the system won’t allow it from the plugins page. Any help is appreciated.
