plugins "not available"

I have many plugins installed but when I followed the alert to update something all the plugins disappeared. I went to my host cPanel at GoDaddy and they are all still listed there.

I can do without some of the plugins, but my favorite is yoast seo. So I tried to reinstall yoast but it said I already have the file for yoast. I went back to GoDaddy and deleted it from the database. Yoast still will not install. It says “install failed.”

I contacted Yoast and they said they don’t give support at all.
