    Dear Support,

I installed free version of the plugin to add the Weight unit field.
It appeared and worked correctly, but it does not overwrite default product quantity field on the product page and in the cart: https://imgur.com/a/09oxh8A

Is there solution how to do this?

    Thank you.

Do you have the option checked Calculate inventory settings?

If this does not help please contact me again.

    Hello Stas,

Thank you. I tried to reproduce the problem in my test environment, without success.

I wonder if the problem is not generated by the PHP version, or by another plugin or theme installed in your shop.

Could you change the PHP version below 8, and if that doesn’t help, check if another plugin or installed theme generates the problem?

Please try to isolate an issue, by disabling plugins which are not our or WooCommerce. If the problem disappears, you can enable plugins one by one,?checking which one creates conflict.

You can also check?your theme, by changing it to?Storefront?– the official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

Testing on a ‘live’ shop is not the best idea. It’s better to do it on a copy of your shop, which you can prepare with WP Staging. It’s a free and simple plugin – you will be able to prepare a copy with just a few clicks.

Please let me know the results.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it’s too complicated solution.

Probably the theme is not compatible with the plugin, but compatible with WooCommerce.

I realized this using standard WooCommerce options – attributes and variables: https://imgur.com/nFUNCY3

    Closing the ticket.

    Thank you fro your time.
